The service

Azimuth Leads generates business lead research — potential customer or supplier company matches, with any publicly available contact details we find — based on a description you provide, using AI-assisted research. It's a research aid, not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or business outcome.

AI-generated content

Reports are generated by AI models researching public information. We take reasonable steps to avoid fabricated contact details, but you're responsible for independently verifying any company or contact information before relying on it commercially.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and billing

• New accounts receive one free report.
• Paid plans renew on a recurring subscription basis and are billed and processed through Square.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to generate reports for unlawful purposes, to harass or defraud the people or businesses named in a report, or to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service's rate limits and security controls.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose an abuse or security risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azimuth Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated reports.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
