Azimuth Leads ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted business lead research service at azimuthleads.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address and a hashed (never plaintext) password when you sign up, or basic profile information (name, email) if you sign in with Google.
• Business description content: the text you enter describing your business, target customers, and locality when generating a lead report.
• Generated reports: the lead lists and research results we produce for you, stored so you can access your report history.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by Square. We do not receive or store your card details — only a subscription status and billing reference from Square.
• Technical data: IP address and user-agent string, used for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
• Push notification subscription: if you opt in to notifications, we store the browser-issued push subscription needed to deliver them. You can revoke this at any time.

How we use your information

• To generate lead research reports using your business description, via Google's Gemini API.
• To send account-related email (email verification, password reset) via Resend.
• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To process subscription payments, via Square.
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service.

Third parties we work with

We use a small number of infrastructure and processing providers, each only for the specific purpose below. We do not sell your data to anyone.

• Google (Gemini API): processes your business description text to research and generate lead reports.
• Resend: delivers transactional email (verification, password reset) on our behalf.
• Square: processes subscription payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Cloudflare: hosts our application, database, and file storage.

Data retention

We retain your account and report history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and data, by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's privacy

Azimuth Leads is a business tool not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
